Elected Officers
The Board of Directors consists of eight elected members plus the immediate past president. Each year at the November meeting four new persons are elected to the Board for a two-year term. They replace the four whose terms are expiring and join with the other four continuing members. Board members may be elected to no more than three two-year terms. The Board elects officers, including President, Vice-President/Program Chairman, Treasurer, Recording Secretary and Membership Secretary, from among its members, for one-year terms. Officers may serve no more than two consecutive terms per office.The elected officers meet at 7:00PM on the first Wednesday of each month at the home of one of the board members. Members are welcome to attend board meetings, but are asked to let the board know ahead of time.
